Shipping, Pickup & Deliver Policy

Shipping

The United States Postal Service is our shipping carrier. We only ship our oven boxes which are our 4-packs of cookies. Cookie cakes and individual cookies are for pickup or delivery only. We ship Monday – Friday so all orders received Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. If you would like a specific ship date, please write it in the “order notes” on the checkout page. A confirmation email will be sent when your cookies are shipped.

Delivery

If you would like your order delivered in the Grand Rapids area (within ten miles of Degage), there is a $10 delivery fee. Please write the delivery address in “order notes” on the checkout page. Upon receiving the order, we will contact you to set up a time.

Pick-up

Cookies and cupcakes will be available for pickup at our retail store. 144 Division Ave S , Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Upon receiving a confirmation email you can come pick up your order.
